Help us grow Fatima

Every donation—large or small—helps create an inclusive, safe and enriching environment where campers can grow, thrive and enjoy meaningful experiences, and where families find support and peace of mind.

Together, let’s strengthen our impact

By becoming a donor or partner, you contribute to a collective effort that puts people first. Your support improves the lives of children and adults with special needs, as well as those of their families.

A tangible impact

Your donation helps fund camps and educational, sports and creative activities that stimulate cognitive, motor, social and emotional development. For campers, this fosters socialization, builds self-esteem and creates a sense of security.

A breath of fresh air

Your support offers invaluable respite to parents and caregivers, reducing stress and exhaustion while promoting family balance. Seeing a camper’s progress restores hope and confidence in the future.

Thank you for your commitment and trust.

How are the funds used?

Providing financial assistance

Donating to the Paul-Leboeuf Foundation allows vulnerable families to access respite services and adapted summer camps. Offering a stay to a child or adult with special needs also supports the entire family by giving caregivers time to rest and recharge.

Your support goes far beyond a donation—it is a promise of respite, joy and lasting memories.

Thanks to the Foundation, Centre Notre-Dame-de-Fatima can also offer financial assistance so that accompanied day camp is available at the same rate as neurotypical day camp.

Purchasing adapted equipment

The Foundation proudly helps equip support staff with tools such as timers, hourglasses, sensory shells and tactile games—small items that make a big difference in interventions with campers attending respite programs, summer camp and the adapted day camp.

Offering stimulating activities

The Foundation is the Centre’s primary partner in development projects. Over the past two years, it has supported the giant foosball table, climbing traverse wall and playground module—playful spaces designed to move, explore and support psychomotor development.

Maintaining infrastructure

A comprehensive assessment conducted in spring 2025 confirmed that all chalets require major renovations, including exterior cladding, doors and windows, interior work and furniture renewal. Investments exceeding $3 million are needed to ensure camper comfort and safety.

Training teams

By supporting Centre activities, the Foundation also contributes to staff training. Counsellors and support workers complete over 60 hours of training, including the DAFA certification and advanced training related to clientele, interventions and camp operations. Their energy, kindness and commitment are central to the Centre’s mission.
